It sounds like you have the art training down. I suggest you seek out scribes in your area and find out the local scribing customs, policies, requirements, and rules. You will learn so much just by chatting with other scribes. I also suggest you take s good long look at the manuscripts themselves. It'll probably take you a while to assimilate all the nuances, details, methods, etc. that make a scroll have the right feel but it will come.
