(fwd) Thanks so much, Ian. This is wonderful information. Sara Dear fellow scribes, The forwarded message will give those who are interested an insight into medieval sheep such as those seen in the manuscripts discussed a bit ago. The sheep really were smaller then. If this one goes well, I will probably do a repeat at November's University of Atlantia. I will put the course notes up on my web-site next week. Unfortunately, slides do not scan well on my equipment, so there is little chance of seeing most of the visual information... 8^( *IF* I have time, I may transcribe some of the artwork and scan it in... *Danger! Humor alert!* Hmmm. I do pretty good Court heraldry, but even my voice cannot reach that far 8^) Go to bed *really* early on Friday, and I'll consider taking the cell phone and speaker attachment. However, the course fee will be $20 per person conferenced in, and you don't get to see the slides 8^( If the laptop had a vidcam setup, that would be the ticket, but I digress.... Humor's over folks. Go about your normal daily business... 8^) It was an interesting thought, but it just ain't gonna' happen... Eldred AElfwald mka: J.T.
