I don't have it with me so I don't recall the brand name but what it is is a liquid acrylic paint that can be used in technical pens or dip pens. They guarantee it is nonclogging and permanent with good light permanancy (since it's really acrylic paint, not ink). I only bought the red but it came in about a dozen colors. Has anyone seen/tried these? And in some kingdoms, where the award was given is included, but not in other kingdoms. Some kingdoms have size restrictions, others do not. Some require that space be left for a wax seal. Others do not. Some kingdoms give a scroll out at the time of the award, others work on the backlog system. Some kingdoms might prefer getting a "scroll blank" (that is, illumination and text suitable for a particular award, but without the details of names and dates and blazons). Some kingdoms require an arms display for certain scrolls, others do not. There are several Kingdom Scribes (an office that goes by various names) subscribed to the list, and they might be willing to assign you a scroll blank from their kingdom. If you wish to do an actual award scroll for someone, then you need to decide if it is for someone in your own kingdom (whether or not you play there) or another kingdom, and whether it would be for someone you know, or a stranger. If it is practice in calligraphy and illumination you wish, then a piece based on a quotation might be just as personally satisfying.
