I enjoy this list and i am currently going through the backlog and learning a great deal ( i am all the way to March - 98 - boy do i have a lot to go) enough talking (this is the most you will probably hear from me - i am a major lurker type)...back to your regularly scheduled program (and yes Marcello - the A&S minister thing has been taken care of - i think...) I am more concerned that, if post facto signings become the rule, the dicsipline needed by the crown to stay organized regarding signet office business (never very great, in my experience) will become looser still: "So what if the scroll's not done; my successors can sign it later." - -- johannes v.n.
