[Caid_scribes] New list

After some discussion with the scribes of the Kingdom Scriptorium, we've 
decided that we're going to move the Caid Scribes list to Yahoo where it 
will hopefully generate more interest and traffic, as it's a more public 
venue than this one.

Please go to Yahoo Groups and sign up for the new list.  I'll be asking 
Lee Damon to get rid of this one in the next month or so.  We'll 
probably transfer all the subscriptions here over to Yahoo by invitation 
when I can get a subscriber list.
