[Caid_scribes] Scriptoriums

I was wondering if there's any interest in maybe raising our profile a 
little bit at events, and possibly having informal scriptorium at some 
events in the future?  I'm thinking that maybe if there's a room 
available we might set one up at 12th Night (I'll need to check with the 
autocrats first of course) and at Festival of the Rose?  We used to do 
them at Festival of the Rose a few years ago but that seems to have 
petered out.

We had only 10 scrolls turned in this reign and I'm trying to think of 
ways to get more people interested in scribing.  Su and I were talking 
yesterday and some of it seems to be our low profile, but that's 
something we could remedy if we tried.
