[Antir_scribes] Info for Scribes - updates

Greetings to the An Tir Scribes

I've spent the last few days adding stuff to the "Info for Scribes" webpage.

a lot of it still says (coming soon)
but I needed to identify the intended things
so that I'd remember they need to be made or collected.

It's moving into a "table of contents" format
so that later it can be used as a guide for a Scribal Handbook
once everything is finally together

The difference between the web and a handbook
is that I try to keep every link on the web in a "one page" printout
that way, you don't have to print a whole book just to get the one thing
that you are looking for
the disadvantage to that is
you might want more than one thing at a time
and you have to go to each different link to print it all
