This is a lot of Interkingdom Anthropology - the answer to your question
varies greatly kingdom to kingdom. To my knowledge, An Tir has no
augmentation of arms registered, but the Lion of An Tir comes with a
specific augmentation. I can only think of two plain augmentations given by
our crown.
