Greetings to the An Tir Heralds
from Bronwen Sable Sable
I need assistance with the Scroll Text and Decoration rules for an
Augmentation of Arms.
We currently have this as our sample text
http://scribes.antir.sca.org/Scribes/Kingdomtexts/Augmentation.html
I found this for the Kingdom of Atenveldt
http://www.atenveldt.org/LinkClick.aspx?fileticket=uesEMc3EQF8%3D&tabid=674&mid=1971
How does this work?
does the College need to register the augmentation before it is given?
does the Crown choose the augmentation or does the recipient?
can it and should it be blazoned in the text?
if it is, is it does it change the blazon of the original registered
heraldry or is it blazoned as in the Lion of An Tir augmentation
see http://scribes.antir.sca.org/Scribes/Kingdomtexts/LionAnTir.html
is it registered as a different thing in the oanda
can it be emblazoned in the decoration of the scroll?
The scribes need to know the correct rules of documentation
please assist
Also, please let me know if the sample test (listed at the beginning of this
note) is appropriate
In service
Bronwen
