For me personally I would like to see some classes on making your own paints
as well as a gilding class. Both of these are things I am not comfortable
practicing in my own home due to small children and not having a dedicated
space for it.

Another great class would be on making 'scrolls' out of the norm. Such as
Runestones, shields, bowls, etc.
