Greetings An Tir Scribes,

I think that I've not been paying enough attention and that the practice
described below has been slipping these past months.

So this is a reminder to you and me

If you receive a Kingdom level scroll assignment
from either the current reign
or
from the An Tir backlog
or
if you are commissioned by an An Tir award recipient
to do a Kingdom Award Scroll

You need to submit your chosen "scroll text" to Sable Sable for approval
and
if the text includes heraldry (blazon)
you need to also submit the text to Black Lion Principal Herald for
approval.

This practice is our form of quality control
and it keeps us from the possibility of having to deny the use of a scoll -
that has a mistake


This includes AoA's given by the An Tir Principalities


Please - adhere to this practice
It really does break everyone's heart to tell a scribe that their scroll
 - so beautiful and fine - and full of heart and life -
is not usable,
because these is a mistake in the text
or in the drawn heraldry


Please - adhere to the practice
It is not meant to cause you extra work
but rather to safeguard your work
