Greetings to the College of Heralds of the Known World!



As I've already begun getting questions of group registration, allow me a
moment to simplify and/or clarify concerning group registration. 



As listed on the pre-registration page of the KWHSS webpage (kwhss.sca.org) ,
all rooms are either a two person dorm room or a suite of 4 single 
rooms. All
beds are twin, single person beds. The KWHSS staff will be working hard 
with
the Pacific University conference staff to match individuals and groups 
with
the best rooms we can to meet your needs. 



If you have a group of people that would like to stay together, please 
have one
person from the group contact me with the number, SCA name, and mundane 
name of
each participant plus where you are from for group identification. For 
example:



"Hi, I'm Herald John of My Branch. I have a group of 6. They are:

Baron Billy (Bob Joe)

Baroness Mary (Lou Joe)

Herald John... 

etc"



Each person will need to pre-register for the event, though you can 
certainly
save some stamps and mail each registration in one envelope. No rooms 
will be
reserved until I receive a pre-registration from the individual, so 
please
ensure that the members of your group get those forms in.



I'm happy to take group reservations starting immediately. Individual
pre-registration can be found at kwhss.sca.org/ registration. html. If 
you have
any questions about registration I'm happy to answer them.
