I am part of the Shire of Dragon's Mist, who is hosting the Symposium in 2010. Tecangel is the one you want to contact if you want to get involved with volunteering or teaching classes. Your best way to contact her is by phone and that number is: 503-256-1891. She says to call at any time of day because of how her schedule runs. If she is asleep or at work, she simply won't answer and you can leave a message. So you -can- call at 2am if you feel like it. :) I'll be happy to help field questions since I'm in DM and will be helping at the Symposium (If I'm not in labor at that time).
