Annisa,
If you get on the US postal Service webpages (and you are in the US).
You can order boxes (item 0-1095) that are flat
(as long as you don't fold them into the squares that they make)
They are free - they are delivered to you by the post office and come in a
large box of 25.

Or, you can go to the post office and they will give you some for free

You do need to tape down the tape strips that are on the inside flaps so
that the strips don't come off and tape the charters to the inside of the
box.

The Royal Scribes webpage is here
http://scribes.antir.sca.org/Contacts/ContactRoyalScribe.php

it has all the mailing info that you need

but I will give you Eleanor's address here too

*Eleanor de Sackville*
(mka Chris Knutson)
6226 NE 32nd Ave; Portland, OR 97211 USA
(503)-287-0987

Gemma's address in Canada is also on the Royal Scribes webpage

I have not included Eleanor's or Gemma's e-mail addresses in this note
but they are listed on the webpage - so you can write to either and see if
they will be at an event that you are attending.

Or perhaps you will be at an event that Their Royal Majesties are attending
and can deliver them straight into TRM's hands. ( Please let Eleanor know
that you will be doing this if it works for you :-)
