[Antir_scribes] Charter Painters for TRM's Vic and Inga

Greetings An Tir Scribes,

I am writing today to talk about services you may be performing for Their
Royal Majesties.



The AnTir Scribes Office has made many many copies thus far of Charter
Scrolls for Their Majesties Reign.



At the request of individual Scribal Painters, Guilds and Scriptoriums,
these have been mailed out for painting and are expected to be returned for
Their Majesties use.



Their Majesties’ Royal Scribe is at her wits end, as painted Charters are
not being returned in time to meet Their Majesties needs – and she is then
pressed for time to personally paint huge amounts of Charters herself and
request more paper (from me) for copies - because the current sets of copies
are all out in the hands of An Tir Scribes.

I would like to see that we try and minimize the stress of our gracious
Royal Scribe, Eleanor


If you have any completed Charters in your possession  - that Their
Majesties can use now – please return them to Eleanor Royal Scribe. Please
do not hold completed charters until you have finished the whole set that
was sent to you – Please return any completed ones ASAP – as they are much
needed NOW.



If you have Charters that you will not be able to find time to paint –
please also return them so that we do not need to make more copies. Please
think very carefully about whether you will have the time – as we can really
not afford the waste of having a couple of hundred unpainted charters turned
back in at the end of the reign.
