[Antir_scribes] Charters for Cedric and Elizabeth's reign

Greetings from Dame Tamlyn, Royal scribe for TRH's Cedric and Elizabeth.

 

Charter designs for the upcoming Reign are coming in and are in the process
of being copied (Yaay!) The first bunch will be ready to be mailed out (or
dropped off if you are reasonably nearby) just before An Tir/West War (I may
be able to find a courier down to An Tir/West War for those in the Southern
lands:-}. If you are pretty sure that you can get them painted in time for
July Coronation please contact me about getting a packet. 

 

There will be a second set of Charter packets going out at July Coronation
(to be returned by or before September Crown). I should be getting a large
supply of blank charter paper at July Coronation and will be making copies
to be sent out the following week to scribes with a longer return time (two
months:-).

 

If you are interested in painting charters please let me know which of the
packet send out dates will work for you and how many you are able to get
done by the due dates above.

 

For those attending Coronation the College of Scribes will have a pavilion
on the eric:-} and I will be found there (or someone there should be able to
tell you where I am:-). There will be tables available to paint at (please
bring a chair) and as time and circumstances allow I hope to teach a couple
of painting techniques (especially for painting facial and other human
features:-} for painting charters. I will have a small stash of books to
look at if you want ideas for the type of illumination style we are trying
to emulate on charters for the Reign.
