[Antir_scribes] Painted Charter Contest at Crown

Greetings Scribes,

 

There will be a Painted Charter contest at Crown for those charters
delivered in the week proceeding Crown or being delivered on site by noon of
Saturday.

 

Please take charters to the College of Scribes pavilion (which should be on
the eric:-} Saturday morning and give to either HL Renart the Fox or HL Anne
Brynley who will be standing in as stunt Royal Scribes in my absence.

 

Categories are:

King Cedric's Favorite Painted Charter

Queen Elizabeth's Favorite Painted Charter

Sable Sable's Favorite Charter Painted by a New Scribe (started painting
charters either this reign or the previous two reigns:-}

Stunt Royal Scribes' Favorite Painted Charter (if they can't agree there may
be more than one:-}

 

Prizes are being offered (not just fame and glory:-} so please make sure
that your contact information including local branch is written on the back
of the charters in pencil above the cut-off line for those you wish to
enter. Time permitting the chosen charters will be shown in Court and prizes
awarded to those scribes who are in attendance.

 

Charters for painting may be acquired by contacting me. They can be picked
up in person the Saturday morning of Autumn War or at Sport of Kings. Please
e-mail me to arrange this ahead of time. If you have a large group of
scribes painting (and getting a dozen or more charters for them) we can mail
them out as needed in the US (we can try to find a courier for those which
need to cross the border).
