[Antir_scribes] Coronation - Charter Painting

Greetings to the An Tir College of Scribes from Bronwen Sable Sable,

Gracious Tegan has donated her blue and white pavilion to set up on the Eric
for the College of Scribes' use.

If you would like to come and enjoy this time in artistically
serving Their Highnesses by painting The Charters they will be using during
Their reign, bring your own chair.

I believe that some tools and paints are available from the Royal Scribes
tool kit, but if you prefer to use your own, don't forget to pack them :-)
