[Antir_scribes] New subject - Scroll Texts (LONG)

"Whoops!!!!!  messed up - better fix it before I go to sleep  ;-)"

In the note below (my previous note of the evening) - I said something like
Kingdom Scrolls given by the Prince and Princess of a Principality need 4
Royal signatures and a Kingdom Seal and a Principality Seal

Nope - that's wrong

sorry  :-)

They only need the signatures and seal of the Principality Prince and
Princess
(and the Black Lions signatures and seal if it is an Heraldic Achievement)

Don't know what I was thinking
