no need to paper clip the instructions

Eleanor - I will be sending you the charter paper for copying the
designs onto

It is 11" x 17"

The Charters being designed are only 11" x 14"

there are 3 inches of space at the bottom (or top) of each page that gets
cut off before it is presented - so if the designing scribe has any special
instructions - thats where they can go

the instructions can be put on by the designing scribe if they do the
original on 11 x 17 paper (as I am, this is where I will put the version of
the futhark received from Her Highness)
 or,
the Royal Scribe can put the Master 11 x 14 on an 11 x 17 page and put the
instructions on at that time

the instructions and the charter design in the end need to all be copied
onto the charter paper at the same time - once through the Copier.
