Greetings Scribes and Greetings Gwenlian Black Lion,
I am forwarding this on to Black Lion who can and will give the official
okay for what can be placed on a shield on a Charter. I wish that I could
send her this entire discussion, but I do not know how to do that.
My only problem with using the populace badge is that you would have to send
instructions to people on how it is to be painted or otherwise people might
see the design as something they could paint any with whatever colors they
desired.
We must remember that many charter illuminators are not heralds and may not
understand what they are looking at :-)
