It occurred to me that the Charter requirements have been presented in a very piece meal fashion, for which I apologize. The requirements evolved from and initial email and many questions making it difficult for me to keep track, so I can imagine how many of you feel. So, Here there are, as I know them today,?in a semi-coherent format.
Size: 11 x 14
Seals: leave 3 to 31/2 inches for the Great Seal or 2 inches for the??? 
?????????? Signet Seal
Format: White paper, 1 inch border to facilitate framing, black lined.
Calligraphy: Please include the calligraphy. If you don't do calligraphy
????????? Check and see if you know someone who can do it for you.?
?????????? Last resort send the art and I will get the calligraphy done.
????????? Runes, both Norse and pseudo are fine
Styles: Pre-1600 European
