[Antir_scribes] Badge question to the list (for charter attempts)

The SCA Ordinary and Armorial (http://oanda.sca.org) does not show that An
Tir ever registered a badge to be associated with Ordo Hastae Leonis,
contrary to the ones registered for the Order of the Jambe de Lion and the
Order of the Goutté de Sang.
