OK, here's some info. I really need to stop writting emails when am half a sleep!

What I need is a design on white paper, the design format is 11 x 14, Black lines only and If possible include the calligraphy. It should have a 1 inch clear (unused) border to facilitate framing. A 2.5 inch space should be left for a seal, it should be mark in small letters "seal".
