So...
I have something to confess


I have this TO-DO list for the Kingdom Scribe.
It is fairly extensive and will take quite awhile to get everything done.

One of the first (most important) things was to get the Deputies, Principality Scribes and Baronial Scribes Warranted and Reporting regularly.
that's what is behind my note to you yesterday and the letters that I am sending out the Baronial Seneschals.


my secret is

I'm not going to share the list with you "in total"
because...

I don't want to shut you all down from brainstorming.


When you write to me with an idea of something that you see needs doing
and it is on my list,
and I can respond with information on where I am with it
It makes me really happy

it means that the things you think are important enough to write to me about
are things that I think are important too

and when you write to me with an idea that is not on my list

it makes me really happy - 
because you have added an item to the list that I missed - but that should be on there.

please do not be offended
when you bring something up - and I write back to you and say that I've already started on it
(I know e-mail can be an ugly form of communication - and can so easily be misinterpreted)


I would rather that it makes you content
that I've already began work on your note of interest
and that I have perceived the need for the Scribal Community


and PLEASE do not stop bringing things up   !!!!
