Greetings from Keterlin:

I have a stupid question. (if I could only find where I put that note for 
safe keeping, grumble, grumble...) who is handling charters? Or rather, who 
is handing out charters? Contact information please? Now that autocrating 
stuff is behind me, I thought I might see if I can sit and do a little bit 
of painting... I'm sure I could wrangle a couple of others into it as well.
