In answer to my question
"Does your Barony have a Baronial Seal Matrix and make seals from it for
documentation?"

Sorry about the ambiguous term "documentation"
When I think about awards and tokens given by Their Majesties, Their Highnesses or Their Excellencies, I consider the thing that describes the presenter and the awardee and the award and the date, etc as sort of a legal document often complete with signatures and seal.
We have things we term as Charters and Scrolls or maybe we term them Templates and we also term them Letters Patent, Patents of Arms, Grants of Arms, Awards of Arms and sometimes they are not any of those things but come in the form of a calligraphed cake (seen it on another Kingdom's A&S page), an embroidered piece, a piece carved from wood or stone or a piece done in metal, etc.
Anyway - what I'm trying to say is that I use the term "documentation" to describe all these things.
and...
I probably shouldn't throw around my own personal terms for things - especially when they are not commonly used terms.
my apologies
Hope I did okay in answering the question :-)
