I am the Baronial Scribe for Three Mountains (Portland , OR area). We give both charter type awards and 
original scrolls, depending upon the award. As part of my job I am in charge of this process (getting the scrolls and charters made), I also keep the Baronial seal and make the wax seals. Another part of my job is to co-ordinate the painting of Kingdom Charters, I also arrange for classes to be taught (this past weekend Mistress Leah bat Yeheil OL taught a class on designing and executing an original scroll, it is 2 Saturdays and this is her 3rd time teaching the class). I am in charge of the weekly paint night, both Baronial and Kingdom charters are painted at paint night .Paint Night is not currently held at my home but, it has been. I am responsible for the supplies and making sure things get done. I also run a people's choice contest at Yule for Baronial Charter designs to be used in the coming year. Three Mountains is a fairly large and active branch so, it keeps me hopping. Oh, I also do the calligraphy for artists who need it or I arrange for it to be done .I have a budget, and answer to the Council and Their Excellencies.
