[Antir_scribes] Do you need Black Lion to sign a scroll for May Crown?

If you are bringing a scroll that requires my signature to May Crown
please email black-lion at antir.sca.org a clear photo or scan of the
scroll before the event so I can do the requisite research.

Any scroll that awards, grants, patents or otherwise presents personal
arms needs to have both the verbal and visual depiction and requires my
signature.  Scrolls that have only one or the other can't be presented.

If it doesn't have blazon and emblazon then my signature is not required.
