Greetings from Dame Tamlyn,

 

There is a scriptorium this Wednesday (tomorrow or today depending on when
you get this:-}.

 

Scriptoriums are held in Wyewood first and third Wednesdays of the month
from 7-10 pm (or the end of the movie) and are open to any interested in the
scribal arts. There will be charters to paint (only a couple left so please
bringing the ones you have been working on:-}), books to peruse and the
occasional video or DVD* to watch.-} Beverages are in the fridge.

 

Location is 5105 S 163rd Place Seattle 98188 (see map link at bottom of
link) http://www.wyewood.org/evact.html#script . The entrance is on the left
side/end of the house (basement apartment). Call 206-388-3777 if you have
trouble finding it.

 

*For those coming I have a new DVD that goes through the process of turning
skins into parchment and continues through the other processes until you end
with a finished illumination piece.
