[Antir_scribes] Charters needed for September Crown

To all of the tireless and appreciated charter scribes out there,

Greetings from Alexandria (Current Royal Scribe to Their Majesties Tiernan
and Miranda):

We are in need of as many painted charters as we can get for September Crown
coming up in a couple weeks (Aug 31 to Sept 2).

If you have charters out, please try and finish them and send them on by
that date.  Lots of the good populace await awards! If they are done and you
can send them to me earlier, that is even better.
