[Antir_scribes] Question about Classes

Ave,
   
  I have been asked, and would like to start, teaching classes on illumination, in my area. Unfortunately, my mind is blank. Instead of one, broad, all-encompassing class, I'd like to break it down and have several smaller classes, that could be "plugged in" to various time slots, over various events. 
   
  Does anyone have any suggestions over class topics that they have done in an hour (roughly)? I'd like to save ideas like "making period paints" for more of an advanced class, and really center around more... technique topics.
   
  I realize that the best class to teach is the "one you feel most comfortable teaching" but that answer really help :)
   
  Any suggestions?
