/viceXX

Data being served via AFS is stored in partitions named /viceXX, where XX is between a and ij, mounted under the root of the machine's filesystem.

Data stored on these partitions cannot be accessed directly from the server without going through an AFS client. lsing such a directory reveals only header files corresponding to the volumes stored on the partition, and containing metadata about the volumes.
