Client Configuration Files

• /usr/vice/etc is the root of afs client, config files stored there.
• CellServDB contains names/IP addresses of database servers for all cells client knows about.
• ThisCell says which cell the client is homed on.
• cacheinfo contains location in filesystem where root.afs is mounted, location of AFS cache, and size of cache.
