Caidan Scribal and Heraldic Symposium
The Barony of Calafia, in conjunction with the Caidan College of Heralds, invites one and all to the Caidan Scribal and Heraldic Symposium on the First and Second days of May, AS XXXIV (1999).
The class list is now available here, and will be published in the April edition of the Crown Prints. Please use the registration form to sign up for the classes you wish to take.
The event fee of $15 is for the entire weekend and includes basic materials and a simple buffet-style banquet on Saturday night. Some scribal classes may require additional costs for special materials. Sunday-only event fee is $4.
Saturday evening's feast will be prepared and presented by the Calafian Cooks Guild. Plenty of time will be provided for socializing and "networking" before, during, and after the one-remove buffet.
The site is Allied Gardens Rec. Center (5155 Greenbrier Ave, San Diego, CA 92120, 619-235-1129). It will be open from 8:30am to 9pm on Saturday, and from 9:00am to 4pm on Sunday. Classes will start at 9am on Saturday and 10am on Sunday.
